⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is the fourth vehicle I’ve purchased from Heritage Volkswagen, and my relationship with this dealership goes all the way back to 2014. There’s a reason I keep coming back! This time, I originally came in just to have my car serviced. Mike has always taken such great care of me and consistently makes the service experience easy and comfortable. Somewhere along the way, what was supposed to be a service visit turned into me meeting Mark, who even took the time to chat it up with my Grammy on FaceTime! That small moment really captured the warmth and personal attention I’ve come to expect here. From there, Graham listened to exactly what I needed and wanted and constructed the perfect deal for me. I never felt pressured or like I had to compromise on what mattered to me. Kyle then helped me seal the deal, taking the time to clearly explain all of my paperwork and financing options so I understood exactly what I was signing and felt confident in my decision. Most importantly, throughout the entire experience, I felt safe, heard, respected, and genuinely well cared for. I absolutely LOVE my new VW! This is my third Volkswagen, and they have been wonderful vehicles. Between the quality of the cars, the superb maintenance experience, and the level of care I’ve consistently received from Heritage Volkswagen over the years, they’ve earned my loyalty. From the moment we arrived at Heritage VW, we were greeted by Mark, whose badge states “Auto Sales Therapist.” Interesting title because Mark does have a very calming, confident way that immediately makes you feel at ease and that you are going to work with someone honest and forthright. We wanted a starter car(used) for our 17 year old daughter and ended up with a 2016 Jetta . Mark was knowledgeable about the cars there and also about each specific car. When we test drove cars, they had been detailed and checked over really well and I immediately knew that we would be working with Mark until we found what we were looking for. And Mark was patient and steadfast in making sure that we got what we were wanting. He made sure to address us as the parents and also my daughter to find the best compromises for safety, performance and cost. I can’t recommend Mark enough for the level of detail, caring and professionalism that he conducts in his work. We are his biggest fan!

This was by far, the best car purchase experience I have ever had! I was shopping for cars for my two daughters. I didn't know exactly what I wanted. Of course, the vehicles had to be very similar, if not identical for an 18 yo and 17 yo...right parents?!My salesperson, Mark M., suggested several different scenarios with different cars. Finally, Mark came up with the perfect solution for them. Ask for Mark Morin!! My 85-year-old mother decided she wanted a new car and she wanted a 2026 Volkswagen Tiguan. My sister was helping her get prices and do research and told me this guy named Mark Morin worked at Heritage Volkswagen in Union City and was being super honest and incredibly helpful. I was skeptical so I reached out and found out that she was 100% correct. Mark is incredibly honest about everything and goes out of his way to make the buying experience very pleasurable. Since the dealership is about 50 minutes from my mom's house, he showed us the car on Facetime and even did a test drive on Facetime (hands free!) He delivered the car to my mom's house and she signed all the paperwork there in her kitchen. I live in Florida, but if I was buying a Volkswagen, I would probably drive up to Union City to buy it from Mark. As far as the car itself goes, the check engine light came on and they looked at it and said they couldn't find anything. One week later it's back on again so we are trying to make another appointment now. I'm sure they'll figure it out this time and my mom will be a happy camper again.

I have visited this dealership twice in 3 days. The first time I walked away with a brand new 2026 along with my parents walking away with a brand new 2026 and the second time my son walked away with a 2023 as his first big purchase with the help of a great person by the name of Mark, the automotive therapist. This was my first ever new car purchase, and my first time in forever being in a dealership, and he made it a great, smooth experience. I came in knowing what car I wanted, but he still took the time to discuss other options, even ones that were less expensive, and go over all the features of the car with me. He answered all of my many questions, worked with me on a good deal on my trade-in, and long story short I drove out of there in my dream car!
